"Poor customer service! My husband and I waited 20 minutes after we ran down one person to speak to someone in the door department. That gentleman was kind enough to get on the speaker twice to have someone come and help us. After 15 minutes, we saw a “need help” buzzer and pushed it once. It sounded 4 TIMES for someone to come and assist. Still- NO ONE CAME. So, as we were leaving the door section, 3-4 associates were near by. I called out excuse me sir to one, whom had his back turned- he didn’t even turn around! Just yelled out give me a second as he continued to walk away. Very distasteful! And people wonder why consumers choose not to shop at the Waldorf location. They clearly run off of unprofessionalism. Don’t waste your money here. Go to La Plata for a better experience."
"Lowe’s in general needs to have a better inventory management system. Even their employees don’t know what they have in stock or in their warehouse. If you don’t have it you can’t sell it.."
"They had a huge selection of generators in stock to pick from not like other places that had nothing at all. The employee was a huge help. He even helped me find an adapter I needed that I would have never found on my own."
"The disrespect! I scheduled a consultation with Lowes and the person I was supposed to meet with asked to reschedule the day of the meeting..fine. We rescheduled for the following day for 9am...she completely flaked; no email, no phone call, nothing! I sent her an email at 9:05-no response. What HORRIBLE customer service and how disrespectful of my time! Welp, Lowes lost a valuable customer. 0 stars and off to Home Depot I go."
