"Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff will point you to what you need, in our case baseball, ice hockey & lacrosse but finding everything is luck of the draw as is the nature of buying used equipment. Ice hockey goalie sticks were unusually expensive, bought new sticks at the rink for less but that was the exception. Regardless, great service and savings on almost everything, very convenient alternative to all new gear."

"Mike S is awesome! I ordered an item online, however it had been sold in store prior to the online inventory updated. Sad but no big deal, it happens. A few days later, Mike called to let me know that the item had been returned to the store and he wanted to know if i would like to re-purchase it. "This is a very well run place. Staff will come help if you wish and you don’t have to ask for them, they are you come in the door and find you. Never had a bad experience and found all of their staff are super helpful in all sports! Skiing, lacrosse, golf, etc. Very good experience, especially from a young generation of employees, which is becoming increasingly rare.
