"We used to be HUGE Panera fans, until three months ago when the quality of this branch dropped as low as it goes. For the THIRD time this summer, our chicken AVOCADO sandwich, has no avocado. We have complained before, talked to the manager, but nothing has changed. It’s probably our sign to change branch to leave Panera."
