Our sales associate was not pushy, she let us browse and when we had questions she was more than happy to help and she was so sweet. Also in my opinion I thought bobs furniture has very good prices compared to all the furniture stores my husband and I have been to. "In store Columbia team was absolutely awesome; this is purely directed towards the online ordering and customer support. Paid for delivery of a mattress and storage frame with set up; dudes left a mess and never had a mattress on their paperwork. Bobs “help” was to tell us we’d have to wait for it to ship; and no refund of even the delivery service. Since I’m so irritated I spent over 2k and didn’t even receive 1/2 the product; you bet I’ll be filing. Complete refusal to refund my money, refusal to assist getting MY paid for mattress in my hands; and suggested we “sleep on our old mattress” THAT WE GOT RID OF, while we wait for there screw up to be delivered later in the week. Enjoy my pettiness Bob’s, I have an unlimited amount of it to share with you. BTW, it was assembled with all the “headboard” labels at the foot, came scratched up fresh out the box, they literally didn’t even put it together correctly. For as much as I spent I could’ve paid an extra months mortgage; instead this is what I spent it on. We drove to a location, and were meant with “there are no queen mattresses available in this store or nearby stores, and the best we can do is deliver a “showcase” mattress by Tuesday after having it cleaned. We’re now 5 hours into this, 75 miles of driving, having to now drive all around trying to find a queen mattress to take home tonight. 2000$ paid and were now having to do all the work and source a new mattress, and don’t even have a refund for anything in our near future. Small claims here we come."
