"The unlimited bowling experience here is trash. I walked into the establishment at around 6p to inquire about the unlimited bowling that started at 8p no one ever informed me that there was a waiting list. When my party returned at 8p promptly we found that there was a QR code at the desk and we needed to scan that and it put us at #16 on a waiting list mind you some people had been on the waiting list for almost 3hrs. The front desk couldn’t give us an explanation for why I wasn’t informed of the QR code at 6p when I came in. Bad Business horrible customer service."
"The food was good, although the type of frozen type appetizers were a little too dry. The pasta was alright. There was nothing to write home about, but we had a great time. The bowling shoes were clean, and people were friendly and a good place to hang out or have a party."
"It was ok. The reason I gave it two stars is we didn’t get a server to take our food order. When we realized nobody was coming we ordered it online just to find out online has things they don’t have in there. They didn’t tell us this until we mentioned it to the staff. We went without drinks for at least 40 min. I had to look for someone to get my drinks."
"Between bowling and the arcade, the kids had a good time. Food and service were lacking, greatly! Only gluten-free options were fruit and fries. The server assigned to our party kept going missing. We had to keep flagging down someone else to refill our food and bring plates."
"I bought a groupon for 2 hours and shoes. It was a great deal but they also have specials on different nights. The location is clean, the food was good! The music video they played were entertaining. The also were showing sports events. The decor at this location isn’t as nice as what I saw on the website so that is why I didn’t give it 4 stars. The arcade was pretty good. I guess it depends on what games you like. Overall it’s a nice spot for a date night or a group. I will definitely go again."
