"I had a birthday party scheduled for my daughter and I guess they overbooked. They gave me an open room next to the room where my party was supposed to be at. Those guests kept walking through my party. Also, the party room had no light. I would not recommend SkyZone, it was a huge disappointment for my daughter’s special day."
"Had my son’s birthday party at this location in December and do not recommend. It was very unorganized. - Anybody can walk up to the desk and say they’re there for your child’s birthday party and they add them to your tab regardless of the number you initially stated would be there. (I did get a refund on the extra kids added after a phone call). - The section for toddlers was overrun with big kids pushing into each other. - For the price you pay for a party, it’d be nice if even a small section of a trampoline or one of the dodge ball courts could be dedicated to the birthday party as to avoid toddlers being trampled by others. - The party room was said to hold 30 people, and it does, if you’re standing shoulder to shoulder and willing not to move. - Birthday kids never received their t-shirts included in the package. - The bathrooms were not clean at all."
"My kids enjoyed their time. I did question the reason the hand soaps were well out of reach for kids to use. We are looking forward to returning when the ninja warrior course is back open."
"Do not recommend. This was our first visit to this location and we will not be returning. Most definitely unregulated, saw about 2 staff members (one at the basketball trampoline and dodge ball areas) both were on their phones. Very dangerous equipment with visible wear and tear. There were about 3-4 birthday parties, i don’t understand how parents pay hundreds to celebrate when most amenities are unavailable or broken. If you want to spend $27 to have your kid burn some energy then bring them here. I rather take my kid to Urban Air. The kids were playing dodge ball with foam balls that looked like it has been thru a lot (pictures posted). The open jump you can hear the springs and the tarp is not strong like it’s ready to break. Restrooms are gross. I hope management or the owner can make some improvements, to include hiring more staff and offering them training."
