The back pain was just the tip of the iceberg; Catherine helped me start addressing alignment, strength, and posture issues I've been struggling with for most of my adult life. She also helped me troubleshoot what habits were worsening these issues and prolonging the back pain, and make steps towards relearning how to exercise, move, stand, and sit in healthier ways.
