"Always get in on time, the office staff is very responsive in a reasonable (24 hrs or less) amount of time and I have had no issues with appointments. Dr. Santiago is an excellent communicator, takes her time to ensure that you understand all considerations of your decisions and has a great bedside manner. The only cons are long wait times on hold if you call the office, which currently can be explained by staffing shortages plaguing healthcare offices, and the office environment could use a fresh coat of paint, new carpet and some artwork."
