"I brought my friend to an appointment here only for her to come out in tears. The nutritionist, Lori, has once again DENIED her for her surgery. She has been there monthly for the last 8 months and still hasn't loss enough weight for Lori. She keeps telling her that she's lying about what she eats and her activity, when she has only told the truth. She explained she can't lose weight, which is why she wants the surgery, but Lori doesn't want to believe that. She has been approved by EVERYONE else, but for whatever reason this lady refuses to give her an approval. She told my friend that she "needs to stop sitting on the couch and watching TV". Lori clearly has something against my friend and keeps refusing her for no reason. She has had to watch others that started this journey with her, lose weight and become happy with their new selves, while Lori just keeps putting her down and making her feel as though she is nothing.
