"Doesn’t refill prescriptions when he is supposed to. My pharmacy has requested 4 times in the past 1.5 weeks he hasn’t even responded and all his phone calls go straight to voicemail, which he doesn’t respond to. It’s been a week that I’m without meds and I can’t get in touch with anybody."
