"Dr. Parsley was the best dr. ever. Not much to say about the others, because they were not as good as him, he gave me the prescriptions I asked for while others would not. Gentle, kind, calm dr. He was the best."

"Needed paperwork filled out so i could receive disability for my pregnancy come to find out the office chose to not send the paperwork to my employer when I called the receptionist said she would fax it right over now than went onto say it’s been in my records i could of done it at anytime. When the office says there going to send it over you believe and rely on that. Receptionist didn’t send over paperwork so i now have to go in and deal with all this now having my newborn while not receiving help because the office didn’t want to do their job. Receptionist can be very rude and gossip constantly about patients heard them my whole pregnancy. Very unprofessional office"

"My names catherine im a patient here. I was 8 weeks pregnant and i hemmoraged twice during that time. Went to the actual hopsital obviously and the second time the hospital told me to get an appointment "ASAP" with a midwife or gyno. So i called these guys and they told them how I was bleeding constantly and it was to the point where i hemmoraged. They REFUSED to take me because i "was too early" (which they said is 5 weeks) i told them i wasnt too early i was 8 weeks and even if i was this is an emergency. They did not care and refused still until the hospital themselves had to call and tell them to take me immediately. Then thru out the rest of the pregnancy they mixed up 90% of my appointments, either got the time wrong or scehduled me for one day and when i showed up that day theyd say i didnt have an appointment even tho. Ishowed them the card they wrote that date on. They always forgot my appointments. They are rude. And now im 34 weeks pregnant, and i asked them for a note as tovehy ive been in bed so much or unable to do much or walk around without extreme pain. And the doctor comes in and says that they cannot write something thats not true. EVEN THO IVE TOLD THEM THE LAST 2 APPOINTMENTS THAT I WAD IN THIS PAIN. THEY EVEN TOLD ME WHAT TO TAKE FOR IT AND WHAT TO DO. She said she cannot say that im on "bed rest" i told her i did not want it to say that. I simply wanted it to say that im not able to take care of my child or that im having trouble walking which i am. So she finally wrote the note after i explained for the 100th time how much pain i was in and that ive been using my FIANCES CANE to get around the apartment even. They also refused my first ultrasound until i was about 30 weeks. They said because i got one when i hemmoraged at 8 WEEKS meant i didnt need another one. They have no respect or care for their patients. I could have lost my baby and they didnt care. Now they give me trouble about a note!!! Dont go here!! Go to albany!!!!"

"Troy receptionists are very rude and dismissive. I approached the desk several times and they kept telling me to wait, I finally checked in half an hour after I got there and they were surprised it took me so long... Every time I went up, they would say "wait a minute." The minutes added up. The techs are helpful, but gossipy. You can hear them loudly discussing patients from the waiting room, they need to learn to be more subtle. The nurses are very kind though. Overall though, almost every bit of the troy location's experience was unpleasant."

"My wife saw Dr Makarachi today as a new patient. Without getting into any personal history she hates going to the OBGYN. Dr Makarachi just added on to that stress and fear. He refused to listen, treat, or even be somewhat caring when she shared concerns of her medical issues. He and his nursing staff were rude, insensitive, and left her feeling worthless. Do not ever see this doctor and do not go to a clinic that would hire this doctor and retain the terrible nursing staff. I am going to fight any charge from the ridiculous experience he will call a legit consultation."
