"Let's all sign an agreement policy of attendance for your appointments, yet you show up for your assigned apt and md double booked...a 2 hr apt turned into 4. Showed up for a 230 apt, I sit here from work expected back 25 min AFTER my apt time. Just wondering, if I was 25 min late for my apt would they accept me. NOTE TO SAMARITAN: this is a service as an insured individual. I was released from inpatient to your outpatient, it is your staff, scheduling, lack of care, and incompetence of follow through that is making this place unstable and unsatisfied of a paying patient."
