"Horrible day, that ended with both the PA and the receptionist being life savers. They were compassionate, efficient and best of all. Gave me a hand ful of cough drops as I left to go get my script filled for an acute ear infection. The doctor was in Carolina but he understood my need and got right to work to assess the issue and home to recover."

"I came in at 9am for my scheduled appointment. Didn’t leave until almost 2pm. All I had to do was get a physical. The staff in the back did not know what they were doing at all. They put me in a room, didn’t give me any paperwork to fill out. When the doctor finally came in ,she’s looking just as shocked as me. That they didn’t give me any forms to fill out. So that caused me to wait even longer. I will say the doctor was very nice though. You can tell that there is no kind of team work/ communication amongst the co-workers there. After the doctor finished my appointment, I was told someone would be in to give me my copy of the paperwork. I sat and waited an additional two hours in the exam room. None of the staff came in to check on me/ see if the room was cleared or cleaned. So I finally went out there, some staff were sitting down eating at the desk, and no one wanted to acknowledge me. Then finally one lady comes over and says you were waiting all this time for a copy of paperwork. I thought you left hours ago. I was so angry and annoyed by the time I left. As a warning to others, this place is so unprofessional, go elsewhere for better care."

"Front desk wasn’t up front to greet me, saw her then she turned the corner and I had to say “hello” for her to return. It’s always 2+ hour wait for what? If you want prompt service just go to Albany Emergency Care on wolf road"

"I was super sick with a sinus infection. They had no more appointments available. When I went in the told me I had 8 patients in front of me and will put me on the walk-in list and text me when it’s time to come back so I can go home and come back later so I don’t have to wait long. While there my sugar dropped because it was around the time I eat they gave me juice and a snack bar. So grateful and wrote me antibiotics and already feel so much better. Everyone was very kind and Patient."

"I am truly in awe of what these folks do every day. I came in as a walk-in. The wait they stated was three hours, but were able to get me seen in around 45 minutes. The staff were courteous, calm and explained everything to me. Think about making an appointment in advance if you need a guaranteed time slot. It will save you time! The nurse was hilarious and had great bedside manner. I will be using this as my primary Urgent Care going forward."
