"This was my first time going here. The staff were very nice, answered any questions I had. They explained every step that they were doing. So they the hard part of picking out glasses, they helped me do that. She picking 4 different frames and helped me pick one. My glasses came in on time. I will definitely recommend this place."
"My oldest child just had their first eye exam and was super nervous. It was helpful seeing a bunch of other kids there. The whole office was very friendly and made it a wonderful experience for them. For both my own and my child's appts, I found that Dr. Wills was informative and personable. She answered questions and took time with us both. I didn't feel judged when I requested a printed prescription to purchase my glasses elsewhere. They even offered to print my child's but I chose to get them fitted there for their first time and it was a great experience for them getting to try them on and find the ones that were just right."

"I don’t write reviews often, but I had a great experience and needed to share it. Late last night I had an eye injury and waited till the morning to call, I was told that I might need to see a different location because they were very busy and that I’d get a call back within 30 minutes. I got a call back in less than 10 minutes from my usual location (Windham) and was able to fit me in within the hour. They comforted me and explained everything to me. I’m now healing up and feeling 10x better! I also felt like they actually cared and didn’t just rush me in and out."
