We’ve been repeat customers of Stickley over the past 20+ years for several reasons: 1). We enjoy the Arts & Crafts aesthetics of Mission furniture and Stickley is the “go to” resource for new items. 2). Stickley has stood by their product with any issue we’ve ever encountered and does everything in their power to rectify the concern. 3). Their knowledgeable staff and customer-centric service is apparent throughout the entire experience. Key to the relationship we have with Stickley is Jan Schoen. Jan has been working alongside us for over 2 decades. "Beware, I bought a sectional one month ago , damaged in delivery sold as is,. Contacted Stickley for help with fabric damage good luck, called manfacture, the sofa was made 4 years ago, fabric discontinued. They are not the old Stickleys , very unhappy with the customer service."
"My wife and I were looking for a table with chairs in the Stickley store today. We found a table and were offered final full price. However, when we went to pay, the price went up substantially so we had to cancel the deal. Bad customer service."
"I aspired to buy new Stickley since I became a homeowner. The quality of products in the store matched my expectations, but the quality of what was delivered to my home was on par with a naive home upholstery job or home economics project. I purchased a chair and ottoman with a price tag near that of a used car and expected premium service and quality. When I reached out with concerns when the cushions clearly don’t resemble the produce online or in-store, “Operations Manager” Joli was a poor communicator and offered to put extra batting into the cushions. When I explained that was not acceptable, I received no response."
