He pointed us in the right direction and checked in periodically to see if we needed help or had questions.We would definitely recommend Old Brick and Frank to anyone looking to buy furniture. "Update: From 5 stars to 4 We have again patronized Old Brick to buy furniture for our aging parents. Frank was nearby at all times and answered our many questions as we literally tested each couch in the showroom. We decided on a set by England as we have done 3 times before and never regretted our purchases. The showrooms contained a large selection of ottomans, end tables, coffee tables and other accent pieces. The $99 delivery fee that I took issue with a year ago is now $299. I find the charge excessive and a bit insulting. It feels like the company is offering discounted furniture compared to competitors and then trying to profit on the back end. This time the charge was too much to swallow and I rented a U-Haul which will cost $150. Old Brick will still be our “go-to” on the future but I suggest that they reconsider their delivery costs. At the very least the costs should be posted around the store so customers can calculate the TRUE cost of their purchase instead of learning about it when you are about to pay. Our new Flexsteel furniture was delivered on time. The delivery people were polite and efficient. Almost all of our furniture purchases over the past 2 decades have been at Old Brick. We appreciate the no haggle pricing and many level of furniture quality and price. This store seems huge since the expansion. The staff is always friendly and within reach for questions. Our only complaint is and has been the charge for shipping. It feels like an insult to have $99 added to your total after spending thousands of dollars."

"Went in here to look for a dresser because my daughter is going to be born soon and we need something quick. Saw that it had such good reviews and allegedly great prices but that was far from the truth. Definitely not the most expensive but definitely not the best prices either. Now what really was annoying was this one woman.. Now I get its their job but this woman that worked there could not have made it anymore clear they work for commission. We wanted to just check out the selection and prices and I even asked her where the clearance things were. Then she brought us to them but she bashed the tiny selection they had with it and kept bringing us to more expensive selections. She completely disregarded what we said constantly. I tried politely multiple times to let her know we would let her know if we needed any help to get her to stop being so pushy and let us look around but she KEPT FOLLOWING US every step we took. We messed up clearly too telling her that we were looking for a dresser due to having the baby soon because she thought she could upsell us into getting stuff for a nursery after we told her we had what we needed for the baby besides a dresser. Should have known when there was NO cars in the lot and the smell of bug spray was highly prevalent in there that we should not have bothered going in there to even look around."

"Frank was great. Laid back, out of your face experience unlike other places we visited that same day and ended being thousands cheaper than competition. Very please with old brick and the staff there."

"Claudette was very helpful she greeted us as we came in the door. She was very polite, and energetic making sure to showed us the showroom and the clearance section .Claudette made sure we got exactly what we want and was comfortable with our selection she explained the insurance policy to us that we could not refuse. Michelle was also very helpful checking us out and telling us how she purchased her furniture from old brick.This was was first time in the store and I had a wonderful experience thanks so much"
