"I have been going to Great Finds since it opened, and have always found it a wonderful place to shop! Susan the manager is Awesome! She sources an eclectic collection of quality things! I have had many compliments on the clothes I have bought there, & try to go there whenever I can! The creativity Susan puts into her windows amazes me, she really goes to town! She is also incredibly patient with her workers there, most of whom suffer from disabilities. She gently pushes them into new experiences, so that they can gain independance. She models grace, acceptance of others, and dedication to her job, at the same time as sourcing things, recieving doations, answering phones, window dressing, managing employees, pricing, & helping with difficult customers, and finances, to name just a few of the numerous things she does! She helps employees grow from sometimes hardly speaking or having trust, to having confidence, which is not an easy job! So to anyone who has criticisms , perhaps more tolorence, & acceptance is needed on their part?! Because there is noone that could do the amazing job that Susan does!"
"A great store that benefits a great organization here in Albany (Equinox house). I was especially impressed with their selection of women's businesswear. Found some awesome vintage pieces, and some really good steals including a blazer for $2 bucks. The women working there were also so sweet. Will be returning!"
