"My bathroom contractor sent me to ProSource to choose bathroom flooring. I had the best experience ever working with Michael Banks at ProSource. He spent an enormous amount of time with me on two different occasions helping me choose the best flooring for my two bathroom remodels. Mike is very good with color matching as well and had excellent advice on matching vanity tops. He was so very pleasant, patient, and most importantly so well informed on the various products and colors available. Mike made what would normally be a challenging process for me so much easier. I HIGHLY recommend working with Mike at ProSource."

"Sold me defective flooring and didn’t do anything to correct them. Coretec flooring warped and chipped within one year of a professional installation."

"I was sent here to purchase cabinets through Kiba Studios for a Kitchen, laundry, bath renovation. We were looking at Omega Cabinetry who, at the time, had 3 lines/grades of cabinets. The Dynasty line allowed you to order a wide variety of sizes, but if you needed something special order you could go into the Pinnacle line and all would still match. This was the case with our design. I specifically asked how the inside of the cabinets would be finished and was told, by Patti, that any cabinet that was open or required glass would be stained and finished to match the cabinets and any cabinets with doors would have a laminate interior finish. So I proceeded to order from both lines. When noted cabinets came in some of them were completely stained and finished on the inside even when there were no openings or glass and some were completely laminate. So when you opened and closed cabinet doors in the kitchen, some were completely stained and some were laminate. We were told after the order was placed that the information we were given turned out to be wrong as the Pinnacle line only stains and finishes the inside of the cabinetry and the Dynasty line was all laminate unless there was glass. Any one selling these cabinets should have known that information and been able to produce correct answers to a customer. When asked about the type of finishing process the company used on the cabinetry, I was provided a brochure, by the same person, that stated the finish was of furniture quality and that the company reverted to "Tried and True" methods of finishing; including hand sanding. When the cabinets arrived and the finish was awful on both the original and replacement order and the cabinets were all finished differently on the inside I was not pleased. When you go to a company to purchase a product that you cannot view your expectation is that you are given all the correct and pertinent information to make a choice. The bottom line is that you have to pay for these products before you see them so you rely 100% on information. When your salesperson is not knowledgable enough to give you the correct information, then you end up ordering with false representation. When the company does not stand behind their customers for an employees misinformation, it is the customer that suffers. This company did not have staff trained adequately enough to sell the product nor did they stand behind the products they sell. For this reason I would avoid purchasing from this business. Furthermore, when one of the owners, Chris Taylor, leaves a review for his own company it is also another form of false representation because he is leading viewers to believe he is a customer."

"Mike has helped me with several projects. He is awesome! He is knowledgeable, friendly and has a great eye for matching flooring, tile, cabinetry and whatever else you need to narrow down the vast choices available. He listens to what you like and want and responds accordingly. He takes whatever amount of time you need to get through the process. This level of customer service is nonexistent in most of the other places I have visited for home improvement. That alone is well worth going to ProSource and the prices are great too!"

"Our builder sent us to pick out tile. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Vince. He helped us find exactly the tile we were looking for The selection is enormous. He spoke to our builder and it was as easy as that. I only wish we had gone here at the beginning of the project. We could easily have made this a single stop for all our choices!! I couldn’t resist. I canceled my backsplash so I could get it here."
