Mooradian's Furniture

"I have purchased a lot of furniture for Mooradians, and have been very happy with my purchases. One exception though is a large desk that has two drawers for files. Neither of these file drawers actually work. If you have tabs on your files, which most people do so they can see quickly what files they are, these drawers are too small and you can’t close the drawers. I tried reasoning with the owner, Dave Mooradian, requesting that he satisfy this customer who has a problem. He absolutely refused to take the desk back, which I wasn’t expecting him to do, and he refused to give me a refund of any kind. That’s not customer satisfaction. I wasn’t looking for a complete refund, but something would’ve been better than nothing. I liked supporting Mooradians in the past and certainly expected better of them. Capitalism is their only game and they don’t give a damn about customers. We have bought many things over the years from them so this was very disappointing."

I find them to be very accommodating helping you find exactly what you want . I say it’s a very reliable company & definitely recommend checking them out ."

"Always a wonderful experience!! Me, my husband and three kids visited the route 9 location today and purchased a set of couches. Doug was our salesman, he was so so great! He gave us space and let us take our time and then was very helpful in suggesting what we ended up purchasing! He was very patient and kind! Overall it was a very smooth process. This is our second time purchasing from this company. We are definitely returning customers!!"

"Sales staff wasn’t pushy or hovering the entire time. Overall easy and great experience. I didn’t feel like I got ripped off at the end of the day like I’ve felt at other furniture stores in the past. Delivery team was in and out super quickly and put the dining room table exactly where we wanted it. Shout out to Sara our sales person for being great."

"Great experience at Mooradian’s. First, the sales staff is heads above other furniture stores I’ve shopped, and the store itself is beautiful. Mooradian’s is all quality furniture at affordable prices. I went after my previous living room set from Bob’s literally fell apart. Peter the salesperson was amazing and showed me a few different options, and helped me make the right decision for me on my new living room set. He didn’t pressure me and I didn’t get the most expensive option, but I love my choice and it’s perfect for my apartment. So glad to have a good furniture store owned by a local family in our area!! Delivery was perfect too. The guys - especially Adam - were really careful not to scuff anything and were on time and super professional. 100% all around and highly recommend!"
