"ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! the little old lady called me multiple slurs and threatened to eat my toes while I sleep because I said I want a refund. I wanted a refund because there were bedbugs! I was by myself, so I was forced to make friends with them. I smelt weed and someone who worked there was stones and offered crack to me."

"AVOID THIS MOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!! We checked in Friday at 4:15pm and got settled in, went to the boardwalk for 4 hours and came back to our belongings gone through and missing $160. When we brought it up to the owner/manager she wouldn’t do anything about it even after having proof. The next day we told them the maids were not aloud to come into our room and clean and if we needed any items for the room we would grab them ourselves, they didn’t listen the maid went into our room again while we were gone and then when we came back we we’re sitting on the bed talking and the maid just opens the door and stands in the door way staring at us (like what if we were changing or something) while holding towels AFTER WE ALREADY WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AND GRABBED OUR OWN ON THE WAY BACK INTO THE ROOM!!! TVS DONT WORK AND ALL THEY DO ABOUT IT IS COME INTO YOUR ROOM AND TURN THE TV ON AND OFF AGAIN. They also advertise that they have Wi-Fi and kept giving us the wrong password to it even after we told them the password was incorrect it “wasn’t their problem”. Also i booked the room for 4 people and they charged $75 per person on top of the room rate that i paid when booking, but they charged me for 6 people because they said you can fit 6 people so even though i didn’t have 6 people they still needed to charge me…. They also make you pay $10.42 A DAY TO PARK IN THE PARKING LOT ATTACHED TO THE BUILDING AND EVEN IF THERES NO ROOM FOR YOU TO PARK THEY WONT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE “SORRY NOT OUR FAULT ITS FULL”. ALL AROUND A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL MAKE SURE ALL YM FRIENDS WHO GO THERE YEARLY WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION. OH AND BE AWARE IF YOU CHOICE TO OAY FOR A “BAY VIEW” THERES NO VIEW WITHOUT STICKING YOUR HEAD OVER THE BALCONY AND RUBBER NECKING TO BE ABLE TO SEE IT! PICTURES OF THE PLACE ARE ALL EITHER VERY OLD OR ONLY LOOKED LIKE THAT FOR THE PICS BECAUSE EVEN THE DISHES IN THE CABINETS WERE DIRTY AS HELL… owner should be BERY ashamed of the business they run and stealing and treating people the way they do!"

I’ve never been spoken to by A manager of a company like that it was absolutely disgust I didn’t end up staying because of the disgusting reviews left on this place. This place should not be in business absolutely at all. I would genuinely fear for my life staying there"

"Absolute worst customer service on earth, my wife and I asked how much to extend our stay we were told an amount when I returned with my credit card they changed the amount by over $100. Even after that we still extended our stay and then at 6pm on our second day we were called asking what time we were checking in…. They refused to give us anyway to contact a manager or owner and refused to help us. STAY AWAY FROM HERE"

"We didn't have any bugs. Thank God. The staff asked us to leave a tip. I had to mop up water in front of my room when it rained. I mopped my room also. They never cleaned the room the whole week. No extra towels. Then the cleaning lady screamed at us to leave a tip. Really? I did your work. The price started at 342 for the week. It came up to 480.00 after all the charges. No pool and bad service."
