"Over bearing heat, outdated furniture, roaches and mice issue, beds not comfortable, tub had caulk or paint plaster, toilet paper holder broken..not worth the money to stay there. Original owners had it really nice but new business owners are too cheap to update anything. Not stylish at all. Web site is misleading as the rooms arent furnished the way picture shows. Rated 2 out of 10 and that's being nice. Dead roaches and dead mice was just gross"

"Wish pool was open or at least have a sun deck available. Workout area adequate loved billiard room but quite a few steps to reach tower. Our room with stepdown was a constant concern but we managed it. View was fantastic even with very small balcony. Staff was congenial and very accommodating. Definitely would return."

"I loved the location and the room. Great value for the price. Located on the bay right next to the highway, 1 block walk to the beach. Right on main Street so everything was in walking distance. May have to drive or take pub transpo to the beach. I did not like my check in experience. The person at desk was nice but, I told her that we never been to Ocean City, she provided no details at all, didn't even point me in the direction or that advertising flyers of things to do or eat. Never told me about any amenities offered like the pool room or pool hours. Just explained about the deposit and how they will charge me if I trash the room or smoke in the room or bring a pet in the room. I understood fully but don't do any of those. The stay was nice outside of the check in. Oh and check out here is 10 am...where do they do that at????"

"No customer service at all. Only one elevator was operating and it was filthy. Room was disgusting, smelled of mold, dirty and slider door was broken. The shower/tub had brown liquid all over it which we later learned was from a leak in the shower. My husband went to take a shower and the ceiling collapsed with a flood of water! Luckily he got out of the way without serious injury. He could have been electrocuted if the water made its way over to the shower light! Complained to front desk, and showed pics, were told there was nothing they could do, "You can find somewhere else to stay"! Not an easy task in August! Money refunded and luckily we were able to find a room at TRU by Hilton. Of course Coconut Malorie would not compensate us for the additional expenses we had to incur, Uber charges & hotel costs! This place needs to shutdown and be gutted as it is in a GREAT location!"

"Everything was very clean and the staff was very nice. The hotel is a bit dated and the room wasn't as big and accommodating as I thought it would be. The bathroom was amazing though! So bright and roomy. The elevator was quaint, but definitely needed attention paid to it. We got stuck more than once. Overall, it was a pleasant visit and I would consider staying there again."
