"I have been coming to this location for many years on and of switching between White Plains and Yonkers. I read most of the comments and I agree that the line was always long. Longest I have waited was 1.5 hrs all the way to walls with bags and there’s only few cashiers available. I should recommend people to go Port Chester location there’s barely any line and they’re fast. The Yonkers location seems disorganized and the workers want to leave and pouting when they see the line. Although they seem to be nice and polite there are some who have attitude. Someone should be supervising the lines so it will move faster and open more registers instead of some associates “fixing” clothes in the background. We don’t want to stay long in line and we just want to pay for our merchandise. Another disadvantage of this store is they always close the fitting rooms. Not available every time I go there or maybe I’m just not lucky."

"The sales associates are full of pure attitude as if you’re not there to shop. Seniors have to stand on these long lines without any regards from managers or their assistants. I would not recommend this store to anyone."

"The Sale Associate/Cashier Derrick was sweet, patient and attentive, big shout out to him. Our overall experience at this Burlington was pretty good besides how long we had to wait in line. I think they need to work on that and find a better way to move the check out line faster and getting the customer out in a more efficient time frame."

"This Burlington is the worst, fitting rooms are close, bathrooms are close, no cashiers in the first floor, a long walk to get out of the shoe section because the halls are closed with tables that are tied to each other. The experience is like just shop and go. The experience in a shopping place is important if you want people to come back and this is part of the experience. Please arrange this details so as customers we feel more comfortable and welcomed. This is customer service."
