"If I could give -0 stars, I would. These people are CROOKS. Total BAIT AND SWITCH scheme. Deal with them at your own risk. They still have $85 if my money they promised to return, but never have. None of the TVs online are available except the off brand chepos which they will try to pass off to you, instead of whichever model you choose online. Their advertising is full of outright lies and their employees are thugs, including management."

"This is the most disrespectful, unprofessional, UNORGANIZED branch I have ever dealt with. The driver claimed to have gotten locked out so they never came back to deliver my merchandise. Then I call the next day only to be told my address was flagged for stolen merchandise. Which should've been told to me before delivery was set up and even before they took my money. How can you make a delivery to a flagged address? If they never got locked out, I would have the merchandise right? Right! Okay so now I must bring my lease...NO PROBLEM but before I do that I want to ask the manager JENNY why would she set up this delivery if my address is flagged? What is the process but before I can get that out of my mouth she is cutting me off and telling me she is not about to go back and fourth with me. She doesn't get paid to do that. I just cancelled the order and will be ordering with the competition because I refuse to be treated this way as a customer. Of course I am frustrated at this point so why not listen to me and deescalate the situation? Nope? They rather cancel my order than provide decent customer service. Unacceptable and I will be contacting corporate as well."
