"The WORSE Lowe's Customer Service (or lack thereof) I have ever experienced in my life. Everyone who answers the phone is extremely rude, or I am kept on hold for long periods of time with no pickup (I literally have to call from a different phone to have another person pickup and then I am able to hang up my other line; This is after 15 minutes of hold time -_-); Purchased a fridge online...Day of delivery (it snowed...light flurries nonetheless, but enough for the deplorable delivery team to cancel my order :-/); When I call customer service corp to get a refund I am told within 3-5 business days (granted same schpeel as all places, so I already expected that) The problem...? I wasn't refunded my entire amount; Mind you I paid $50.00 haul away service + delivery fee, however no refrigerator was ever hauled away (or even touched!); and no fridge was even taken out of the truck nor delivered...So why on earth was I credited $85.00 less than what I originally paid for??...For something that I never got!!....Fast forward to calling customer service...I am told to call the store that fulfilled my order (The Yonkers store -_-), and to physically go there with proof of purchase....Are you insane?? Mind you I have a Lowes 5 min. from my house that I frequent. I then call the Yonkers store who said I have to speak to the "fulfillment center." In a condescending manner I am told, "M'aam...Let me explain it again, so you're not confused. Like excuse me?!? Why am I on the phone for an HOUR to resolve a situation that I had no control over that has given nothing, but aggravation?? And why are you trying insult my intelligence when y'all can't even follow-up on the simple things you say you'll do? Like a callback & simple store credit? Because I was credited incorrectly from the store, I have to now call another fulfillment center? $3,244.00 charge for a fridge and no "fridge", no "full refund," no "callbacks" (I was told TWICE that I will receive a call within 24 hours and twice it has not happened), & no good "customer service." Do yourself a favor and RUNNN away from this store location!"

"I would like to commend Assistant Store Manager, Wayne Rutty, for his outstanding and professionalism in my return transaction of a washer. Mr. Rutty listened to my complaints and concerns, he was patient, expressed his support and understanding for my concerns in addition he assured me he would do his best to provide me a resolution for my issue. Before I left the y Mr Rutty arranged for a removal of the washer in place with another. I thank you Mr Rutty for Customer Service well done! Jacqueline Wright"

"This Lowe's location has the worst customer service desk, anywhere. Even the HD down the road is better. I just spent 15 minutes waiting in line with one person at the return counter, who announced at least 4 times over the speaker for someone to come help him because it was "code 3"... and after all that I was told that the store has a discretionary policy where they don't accept returns without a receipt. This was for something I bought just last week. May be try having written policies instead of putting your customers at the manager's whim. Update: In case you think Lowe's comment below fixed anything: it didn't. They just commented for me to call their standard support line. It had a 45-minute wait. When I finally got a human on the other end, they of course couldn't tell me anything I didn't already know or help me in any way with my return."

"I came in looking for a particular battery pack that had a promotion going to give a drill for free. Naturally, it could not be found, although the site said it had ‘29 in stock’. The sales associate Joshua from tool world, did not stop looking until he found it for me in a box on a pallet, in the place that it was NOT listed to be. Special thank you to Joshua for your patience and assistance. The effort alone made me wait to complete the purchase."
