"There was a miscommunication about a balloon pickup date, coupled with a failure on my part to notice that the pickup date on the receipt was wrong. The store no longer had the Harry Potter balloon set, but came up with an acceptable (indeed, creative) solution with cheerfulness and promptness. I was expecting a fight, and got good old-fashioned customer service instead. Cheers to the team working early on a Sunday morning."
"Got all the supplies I needed for my daughters birthday, I scheduled a pick up and was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I will note that they had to swap a balloon out for my order, BUT they supplemented it with extra balloons so no harm no foul. (The star, heart, and numbered balloons are the ones I picked up)"
