"I bought a printer from Rosny park on June 15, the canon printer was faulty and I currently live in burnie and I ask for refund or exchange but customer service officer advised me to take it to store and refund or exchange is it fair to tell customer service officer to drive from burnie to Hobart for $59 printer and how ethical was that advise. Customer service provided was not good and I would have given 0 rating if there is. I will never bother to go for shopping on Bigw"
"Very ordinary treatment from Service staff. Had all the emails and text messages to prove who I was for pickup. Staff member insisted on photo ID. Not mentioned on my contact communications. Wanted me to go back to car - other end of centre - raining. I am 82. Had to plead with manager. Won't be going back. Had driven for an hour to get there because they had stock. Not happy."
