"I’d love to give the store 5 stars as I love the clothes and generally the Eastlands girls are friendly, however, my experience just before NYE has been stuck in my mind. The older store assistant with the glasses was so unprofessional, rude and came across as so judgmental. Not only did I have to wait for her to stop pretending she didn’t see me waiting to ask for help. But also making comments attempting to gaslight and fat shame customers? Gross. Not only was she wrong, trying to tell me I was wearing a size up than I was, I literally had to show her my tags to prove what size I had on. So disgusting, this woman shouldn’t be working in retail. I was a retail manager in my early 20s and would have fired her if I’d seen any of my staff treating customers in such a gross way. Will not be returning to the Eastlands Decjuba location, unfortunately. Online or Hobart city it is form now on, I refuse to support this woman’s ego and KPIs."
