"Really disappointed to walk in 37 weeks pregnant for an 11am car fitting at 11.03am with my car ready in the bay, only to be told I was too late and they wouldn’t do it. I was then told I was 10min late when it was only 11.08, how is that even possible? The assistant told me they ask people to come in 5 minutes early, that was never relayed to me and either way, to refuse service for being 3 minutes late is ludicrous. I went to another business to get the fitting done, it was finished in less than 15 minutes and that included a second car seat being installed."
"I would give this place a 100 stars if I could. We had a problem with our car seat from the rental company. Baby Bunting helped us out so much and fixed the problem free or charge. It could have literally saved our baby's life. Thank you."
"Terrible experience.I went to Baby Bunting buying a steamer mixer today. When I unpacked at home I found that it was a returned product with lots of stains. Came to the store again for a return and get a replacement - checked it in the store this time, but went i got back home found one of the parts was missing, then going to the store the third time in the day getting the missing part becuase the lady forgot to put it back in the box. Not even giving me any apologies."
"Unfortunately my experience from this store was not great. They seemed to have a wonderful range and reasonable pricing, but the staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves to assist me. I went to approach them a couple of times but their lack of acknowledgement to my presence wasn't welcomed. I should have been more forward with wanting help, but by the time I'd walked 2 laps of the store and not had anyone offer their help, I was disappointed and didn't want to spend my money there. Such a shame for them! I intended to buy up big! My money went to a far more welcoming store in Kingston, who gave me better prices anyway. I won't be going back to Baby Bunting or recommending them."
