"Shocking service. Had a problem the sales assistant insisted me to call their customer line on a Sunday. Told her your website said the line is for business hours. “But have you called?”. Eventually was bullied into calling the number I know no one would answer on a Sunday. Then the sale assistant started to look at my order. Wow. How did this person get a job is beyond me."

"I often have a look at spend less shoes at rosny park. I don't find a staff member even slightly interested in the fact that I am trying on multiple pairs of shoes UNTIL TODAY! DENISE AT ROSNY PARK STORE What excellent customer service. I explained what I needed, she assisted with finding me shoes that might meet my needs, she made suggestions, she looked for styles that I would like that wouldn't hurt my feet, she assisted with my trying on of several pairs, some I tried more than once. She took the time and heard what I needed for comfort and I bought three pairs of shoes as a result. I am so very thankful Denise. Good customer service is hard to find, Excellent customer service is so rare, but you wowed me with your ability to be extremely helpful, kind and respectful to my needs.
