"Visited 7/1/23, around 3:50pm. All staff members unfriendly, not helpful, unapproachable and rude. extremely disappointing visit. Two staff were happily gossiping while we needed help, approached them and they just said “it’s all on the table” and continued their chatting. Went up to the cashier to make payment, asked about the sizes, yet again rude response. We walked out of the store, did not buy anything in the end as we can’t deal with the attitude. Do not recommend visiting this branch."

"Fantastic Staff. My Daughter went to be fitted out for an Everest Base Camp Trek. Sara (Sarah) spent over an hour assisting my Daughter select items she'd need for her Adventure. She explained the uses and advantages of items. But also advised on things that weren't a necessity for her Trek. She was shown different types of the same items.....as in the materials they were made from and the "Thermal" advantages. Sara was also wonderful in Calming my Fears of my child Trekking into the Wilderness while I stayed below waiting in Kathmandu. There was never any pressure to purchase unnecessary items. We were also told that if things didn't feel right, when everything was put on together, to come back and exchange or return. I'd recommend this Store to anyone that's heading off on an Adventure. Thanks again."
