"If I could give 0 stars I would. Very very rude staff Jeff who said he was the manager was very rude. My daughter purchased leggings and never tried on she had her baby with her , the clothes hanger stated size M her size when she got home she found out they were all size XS , she took them back and found all the size tags were taken off the hangers ( must have happened b4) Jeff the manager was very rude. Had my daughter in tears and that is not easy to do. We are now reporting to fair trading and will never buy from again. I have 3 sons who buy alot from them but no more . INSPORT TRAIN YOUR STAFF. Anyone else with problems you should report to Dept Fair Trading"

"4.1 - Very happy with my new shorts that were on Sale (They don't mark the clothing individually, but they were hanging under the sign which said $15). Shopping at an outlet was good because I could visit each store, gauge what they had and return to the one I wanted in whichever store! It wasn't too long of a wait for the change room at In Sport (although only 1 was open for us to use). The lady at the cashier was very friendly and patient with me (as I changed my mind at the last minute and wanted to try a size down, which fit great!). Great experience!"
