"I have been buying Icebreaker since 2012 and it used to be good quality, service and reasonable prices. Prices have gone up, quality has gone down and service non existent. I wrote to customer service New Zealand and Australia and no response in over a week. I have original 2012 tops in better condition than some of this more recent rubbish. Very sad when the company is all about money with no service or quality."

"I had a extremely pleasing encounter with their store manager Owen, I purchased a product some while ago and lost the receipt, I found it to be somewhat faulty but Owen was extremely polite and helpful with it, he claimed the product under warranty and and ordered us a new one. "Refunded clothes purchased online. Staff had some technical issues which was resolved. Turned out they had a new refund policy in place and their system wasn't activated. Took the chance to check discuss with one of the staff about the difference between Cool Lite and Tech Lite clothes and other questions. My experience here was very good. I would definitely come back. They sometimes have 50% off sales. Also they have a wider variety than their online store! Best to try sizing in store with the assistance of knowledgable staff in store than buying blind online!"
