“Fantastic Staff. My Daughter went to be fitted out for an Everest Base Camp Trek. Sara (Sarah) spent over an hour assisting my Daughter select items she'd need for her Adventure. She explained the uses and advantages of items. But also advised on things that weren't a necessity for her Trek. She was shown different types of the same items.....as in the materials they were made from and the "Thermal" advantages. Sara was also wonderful in Calming my Fears of my child Trekking into the Wilderness while I stayed below waiting in Kathmandu. There was never any pressure to purchase unnecessary items. We were also told that if things didn't feel right, when everything was put on together, to come back and exchange or return. I'd recommend this Store to anyone that's heading off on an Adventure. “I had a extremely pleasing encounter with their store manager Owen, I purchased a product some while ago and lost the receipt, I found it to be somewhat faulty but Owen was extremely polite and helpful with it, he claimed the product under warranty and and ordered us a new one. Me and my wife travel alot in winter and we are also very satisfied with the quality and warmth of icebreaker. Recommended to all!! And special shout out to Owen for his help.”
