"When rang to purchase a pump was told they never had what i wanted but continued to try and sell me a pool heater that i never was even interested in or mentioned in my call. Better customer service and help next time guys to help me purchase what i originally asked for, whats the point of a pool heater when you cant use the pool without a pump ?"

"Kind citizens of London STAY AWAY from this company !!!! You have been warned. They are thieves and liars. Monique and Selwin and their drug using toothless technicians will try everything to ruin your pool, to then come back with a solution and ridiculous hourly rates to fix it. Selwin is a horrible person. His response to everything is “ I need to charge you £150.00 per hour to come out… He is a liar and not a man of his word…. The technician drained my pool but left the refill lever on. I got a water bill bigger than you can imagine. Overall poison to the people London…f you have any sense you will not give these con artists any business."

"The owner Selwyn Mindel is rude and doesn't keep to his word. He promised to come and change my pool pump and failed to do so. The man is nearly eighty years old. He should retire and live on his Pension/Attendance Allowance. Please do not use this company. You will get stressed up using this company."
