"I took my son to Inflata nation during the summer and he loved it so we decided to book his 4th birthday party there. Closer to his birthday I looked at the reviews and I have to say I had some concerns and was tempted to change venue but I'm so glad I didn't. I can report that my son's birthday party went incredibly smooth. The member of staff managing his party was well mannered and on the ball. The food came out quickly, followed by ice cream and there was time to do the cake. We did slightly run out of time but my husband and I were not harassed into vacating the room, if anything our hostess was helping us get children and parents ready to leave. The children had a great time on the inflatables and so did the parents (we paid for one parent per child so the children could be supported around the entire arena). We chose the earliest time available for my son due to their age, so it wasn't too busy at all. I printed and got all the parents to complete the waiver at home and bring with them, that saved a lot of time when they arrived. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because I probably would have preferred at least 45 minutes in the party room, just so I didn't feel the need to rush with the cake etc, but otherwise a great well managed party."

"We felt the place was far too packed out & very noisy. I saw many children covering their ears feeling on edge and uncomfortable to play or find their parents. Less people for capacity would be better for kids to play so it’s more enjoyable for all. The adult part needs to have a few more rules of pushing and shoving other kids, and no throwing balls at people. Staff in the soft play area are very miserable with no smile like they do not want to be there. They need more energy and enthusiasm for the children. Staff off site on the floor just hang about talking with one another, they need to act more professional. There was also smell of BO every where in the adult soft play area, which was not nice. Needs air conditioning far too hot. Some free water fountains for kids to access would be wise and helpful. The price for under 4s are far too expensive at £8.50 and adults £13.50 so I paid £22 just for 1 hour, that is extortionate to say the least in the long run, so what’s the point of visiting again? Lower you’re prices, this is very disappointing Colours are nice and bounce play is great but above rules out and it’s not so good. Air was coming out on some of the bounce items, too soft kids were falling over in those areas and adults also. Cafe was dirty, no tables clean and full Of empty rubbish, very small and too crowded. Need some sandwiches and more food in the cafe for children and parents waiting. 2 star!"

"Great place for kids. Staff are nice enough, bit snappy but ok and atmosphere is good. If your kids are little it's best to get yourself a ticket too. Unless it's not busy then they will let you on too to look after them. But it's great fun for adults as well as kids. They have a separated toddler section too."

"I'd recommend this place. The children loved it. It only lost a star because the inflated area was too hot. However they do have large fans upstairs that you can stand in front of and lots of seating area for adults and children to sit and cool down. Seating area and toilet were clean. Great customer service come with experience. I feel the young team of staff did an adequate job. I had no complaints in that area."

"Attended the first day. The kids loved it as there were unexpected and different activities when compared to similar places. The ball pits is deep, any kids can swim. It is a bonus that it is brand new and therefore super duper clean. The cleanest place. The kids were very happy. It is easy to get too. Just be warned that you have only 2 hours of parking! 60minutes is long enough. Also, you have to rent a locker. See photo for prices. Thumbs up if the info okay. The lady at reception was polite and she had amazing nails! Well done."
