"One of the best things about the Tumbling Bay Playground is the safe and family-friendly atmosphere that it provides. The playground is well-maintained, with plenty of space for children to run around and play safely. The equipment is designed with children's safety in mind, and there are plenty of benches and seating areas for parents to relax and keep an eye on their children. The playground itself is incredibly well-designed, with a range of equipment that is suitable for children of all ages. There are slides, swings, climbing frames, and sandpits, as well as a water play area that is perfect for hot summer days. The playground also features an adventure trail that takes children through a wooded area. The proximity of the Tumbling Bay Playground to shops and Olympic venues is another major plus. Families can easily combine a trip to the playground with a visit to the nearby Westfield Shopping Centre or Olympic Park, making for a fun and full day out. The Olympic venues themselves are also worth exploring, with plenty of opportunities to learn about the history of the Games and the sporting events that took place there."
"Great find. The bridge and swing were great. Can imagine it being an even bigger hit in warm weather!"
"Great area. Nearby cafe with all the facilities you need. There are shaded areas for hot days and water play. A couple of pumps were off but it was no problem. Sand pits to play in."
"Kids loved playing here! A nice big wobbly bridge with a slide and areas with sand and water play kept them busy for well over an hour... I suspect they could have gone for longer..! In terms of facilities there is a cafe with drinks and snacks and also some toilets."
"A great place place to bring children for bit of adventure! The playground goes from the large slide visible from the path on Essex Waybright round to the Timber Lodge cafe where there's a very large sandpit. There is something for all ages, even for the adults. Swings for the under and over 5s as well as high and low bridges, climbing rope nets and fun slides. My children didn't want to leave!"
