"This place would be perfect if they wouldn't have so many and so often problems with the pool. The pool is very clean, the rules and conditions are strict and confidentiality is ok. Also, the staff is very nice and the trainer is very good. I can recommend it for kids up to 10 years old as the pool is small."
"Kids love it here, teachers are so attentive. My daughter has learnt more techniques in the 3 lessons here than she did in a previous company that she was with for a year!! & they are great with my son who is autistic. Superb value for money."

"My twins have been going to this swim school for years and had no issues, especially with rescheduling lessons due to illnesses, hospital appointments or long term medical issues until Tas took over as a manager. The new manager has no peoples skills, customer services and compassion towards her students circumstances. Despite explaining concerns, she showed no understanding or consideration. She doesn't feel the need to offer and make up lessons, let alone a refund! She does not see her complaints through, changing and shower facilities are n poorly and despite parents raising their concerns nothing is done. I would not recommend this school!"
