"Very rude staff. Receptionist who told me "This is an emergency line for a heart attack, are you having a heart attack?" I didn't realise they were also 999. Have written complaint to practice manager and NHS. Refused appointments and telephone consultation with doctor by reception staff with no clinical skills and actually I do have a life threatening condition that they are too stupid to understand. Would award no stars if I could."
