"Today it was the third time I went to Marr Beauty for a wax. Until 2 months ago the price was 25£, therefore I was surprised when after the wax at till I was asked for 30£. I asked the reason and I was said the prices had been increased 6 weeks earlier. Despite of the fact that 30£ for a wax in Paisley is ridiculously overpriced, I believe such a price difference should definitely be communicated before the service and not after, especially considering the price list is not visible in the shop and the website is under construction."
"Visited last week, had a lovely time as usual. Only one thing that frustrated me was the passage way between the spa reception to spa treatment rooms. Looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Carpet needed vacuuming and side tables needed polished. Hope the housekeeper in charge gets this resolved asap."
