"I've never had negative experience with NHS staff in general until this morning during my call to Ferguslie Clinic. Very disappointed with the poor customer service I have received from a nurse / receptionist while seeking for advice from I believed professional health care worker. Her lack of listening skills and patience was appalling. I believe a huge part of this rewarding job role is to treat people with dignity and respect (as it is proven by NHS staff every day). Unfortunately this wasn't the case."
