"Steph saw me at relatively short notice and quickly got to the source of my problems. She gave clear explanations and effective treatment using a range of techniques and equipment - some of it tingly! I was then strapped up and sent off, with a list of exercises, to continue dancing. There was no push for follow-up visits but I'll be back for sure for check-ups and any new issues. The service is fairly and moderately priced and more successful than others I have been to."
