"We were staying at this place in January, for one night only. We wish, we did not! This so called guest house nothing like the pictures. It is dirty, disgusting, with broken beds, dirty walls, carpets, broken toilet, bad smell.... We woke up with BED BUG bitest, all over on our bodies. Checked the sheets, they were there! We told the guy, who was sitting behind the window downstairs what happened to us. He had zero reaction. We left a note on the bedroom's door. That night someone else was sleeping in that bed, we saw them from the street. We had allergic reactions, had to buy medicine for 70 pounds. We threw some of our stuff away, washed and dried other things for hours, treated our car. We still suffering from the bites. I wrote an email to this place, got no answer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!"

"It's a shame I have to rate this place 1 star because it doesn't even deserve that. I went to London with 4 friends and we've stayed in some bad places before. However this is the worst place I've ever entered, the homeless wouldn't even want to stay here. The rooms stunk of weed they were dirty, dusty, musky. The shared toilet and shower was horrendous you'd be better off not showering. There were weird flies in the room along with dirty walls, dangerous cabling and 95% of the lights not working. We stayed in the room 5 minutes and demanded a refund it was so bad. However the guy wouldn't give us our £105 back. Although It was so bad I'd of paid to leave the place. In the end we moved hotels and lost our money. Like I said I'm not fussy when it comes to places to stay but there is no way I could of spent a night here. Honestly please never book this hotel I can't express how bad it is."

"What can i say we wanted a double room with our private bathroom we got a single room with a three quarter bed in it barely enough room to swing a cat nowhere to put our clothes. Nowhere to sit and relax had to sit on the bed and turn 60 degrees to watch the tv. There bars on the outside of the bathroom so no way of getting out in case of a fire couldn;t open the bathroom window the blinds where ill fitted and of different lengths / colours . What i saw of any staff they were pleasant. Didn;t understand why i couldn't pay upfront couldn't pay with a card only cash??? . People coming and going at all hours banging doors... have to give this 1 star as i can't give it a minus. not happy wont book again Dave"

"stayed here for 6 days. i booked this by mistake without doing much research. NEVER BOOK this hotel. First of all its nothing like a hotel. its a "guest house" 1. Beds are broken. may be they have not changed it since forever. springs were literally poking into my back. they changed the room on complaining but the next room's bed was same too. my whole body ached after a nights sleep. 2. carpets were ultra-dirty..like they have never washed it. 3. rooms were small, had a stale stink and looked like a hostel not a hotel. if u are going with your girl.. u wouldnt want to stay here. i was trapped because the rent paid was nonrefundable. bathroom was shared but that was mentioned in the description. it was cleaned timely. staff was helpful. iron and hair drier was provided free on demand. overall the whole guesthouse needs a redoing.not cost effective you can find cheaper and better hotels in central london."

"Stayed here 2 days. First time was a room that faced the window and there were blinds (with gaps in between) instead of curtains so people can look through. Second time room was worse, in an attic, small heater and shared bathroom in which the shower door was broken. On both occasions, very noisy slamming of doors and someone banging on my door middle of the night, people shouting in the corridor. dirty, no phone inside to call. Hard to sleep. Only good thing is one of the receptionist guys was nice"
