"Firstly I've slept in many many different hotels. This room I had was nicer than expected. Very clean, very large room. large bathroom. Very quiet. So I can give it praise for that. Rooms don't get services daily like other hotels. However there was and is I believe an issue with bed bugs which isn't the hotels fault. I just woke up with 4 bites to my body which was disappointing. Apart from that. It's a beautiful room. Surrounding area was a bit untidy. Next to thr tesco but that isn't the hotels fault."

"The room was warm and clean. My husband found the pillow uncomfortable so didn't sleep well for 4 nights. The bathroom was mostly clean but shared so dependent on other guests and the shower never got hot enough. The instructions for check-in and check-out we're helpful."

"Location was fantastic. But despite booking a family room with 2 beds … and telephoning the hotel the day before to check that there were 2 beds and being assured that this was correct …. On arrival we found we only had 1 double bed! Also the bathroom left a lot to be desired, there was a large clump of black hair on the side of the bath - horrific! Also only provided with 2 rather thin, medium sized towels, no hand towels. Windows did not close completely and noise from air conditioners below the window was very loud all night."

"The place is basic, as it is the context, but it is also discreet and somehow quiet. in a suburb of Greenwich, close to the Thames and 10’ walk from Woolwich centre, it’s a good place If you want to work or have a bit of a break. I would’ve given a higher score if you wasn’t for the smell of fried oil coming from the fish and chip shop at the ground floor. Yet, for the price in the London market, the host has done all possible, to create a comfortable and easy accommodation."

"What a very good hotel, I was made welcome from arriving throughout to my departure. The staff were helpful, friendly, the room was clean and spacious. The location is ideal too, I would stay there again without hesitation and recommend."
