"It was third time for me at Trinity Hotel and this time I were there with my husband. It was lovely! Ania and Kuba are really helpful and kind. We spent there amazing moments because of high quality of the hotel. They really take care of cleanliness. There is no other place to stay in London for me. It’s close to stadion and about 15 minutes to city centre! I highly recommend this place for couples, families or singles! You will be take care of."

"The place reeks of cigarette smoke and random dudes are knocking on the door at midnight for crying out loud! Yes, you read that right. I don’t know if he was drunk or homeless but why was he in the hotel to begin with? Management is lazy and unresponsive. Terrible experience, would not recommend to anyone."

"One staying in this place was not a good experience. The positive was that the room, although small, was relatively clean, however the kettle was full of limescale and the shower had signs of moulding on the side. Now the downfalls, I called and asked for a parking spot, I was told that one would be available, it wasn't, and upon arrival I went to the door, knocked and knocked but no answer. I had to call the mobile again, if you have no signal or no phone then you are doomed to stay out! When talking to the woman on the phone I asked why there was no parking although I was told that a space would be available, she was rude and with an attitude told me that if I don't like it I can cancel, that was at 18:40pm on the evening that I was to stay there. Only after I called they gave me a code to get inside, no information about the check in whatsoever provided in advance, no information about a communal kitchen to use and no information about breakfast. All evening I could smell smoke and at times it was becoming more intense, I went out in the corridor and It became obvious that many types of cigarettes were being had inside the house as the whole corridor stunk. Next morning 3 men were walking towards the front door, two of them had cigarettes in hand, half way smoked and only the third one had the decency to light his when outside. I had very little sleep mainly due to the disgusting smells, the staff/owners were nowhere to be seen, a couple of my messages were answered after almost an hour and a request for an invoice was completely ignored both via email on Booking.com and text message. I will never stay there again and do not recommend this place to anyone."
