"Horrible place, don't bother staying here, do yourself and favour and find somewhere else. The bed was half decent and that's about all it had going for it. The bathroom was one of the worst I've seen, not clean, foisty and mouldy and it absolutely stunk. Would have liked a shower but just got out of there as quick as I could this morning"
"This little travel lodge is in a good location if you are like us and like walking. We chose it for the location of our visit as it was ideal for our needs. The room was quite good and looked like it had been recently refurbished, the beds were really comfortable with a nice solid base. My only complaint was when i booked i pre booked the breakfasts, not realizing that it is a pre packed breakfast to go and they would not refund this and cancel these breakfasts once booked, i ended up taking them away with me and actually the contents are not too bad apart from the uht milk. We found a brilliant little cafe nearby called 'the bungalow cafe' i would recommend anyone to try this cafe all the food there was grand. I would definitely stay in this travel lodge again as for a one star rating it was not too bad. The room did seem very warm despite the heating being off but there was a fan available which we did not need to use. Overall it was a really nice stay."
"A very basic room but perfect for what we wanted. Clean, tidy and the staff were very friendly. We used this as a base for our trip into London. Station just around the corner and a Beef Eater pub next door. Will use again if we come back."
