"Why has every negative feed back got to be fake?? Seems to me that every positive is a fake..lol and I’m not even lying!! I live around the corner and to be honest I thought and think it looks like a hostel that should be used by the council for people that approach them for temporary accommodation!! Giving the location that it’s in you can’t really expect a 5 star service!! Oh and let’s hope it gets a renovation like the rest of the area is getting!! Aylesbury was notorious a few years back!! And I’m pretty sure it still has its bad name!! Stop selling fake promises at an expensive price!!!"

"Oh no no no. My brother booked this for us thinking it was a reasonably priced hotel £169. It is not its a very expensive dog kennel. I did not take my coat of and we did not stay. Just plain dirty, in an area of sever deprivation and not very safe to be out. Oh aparently the bathroom was a free upgrade! This was an insult not an upgrade. Please save yourself time, money and worry just do NOT stay here."

"The Staff are the stars of the show. They were helpful and kind even when I came late and had a baby on oxygen and needed help up the stairs. The hotel has lots of stairs and there is no lift due to the Victorian building. This makes sense and I only state this information for other people to be aware. The staff are lovely enough they would likely carry you up to your room, but you might enjoy the stay more if you find stairs accessible. It was quiet, and comfortable. And again, I can not say enough how exception the people are who work here. Thank you so much."

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL, IT DOES DECEPTIVE MARKETING, YOU WILL REGRET STAYING THERE. If only I can give it any lower I would have, this is the worst hotel I stayed at, they charged me £85/ night, for 3 weekday nights, the rooms are no way can pass the safety standards, the bed touches the room heater, the gave an extra small bed for 2 people, so small that it cannot fit a 6 foot person or it cannot accommodate 2 person, the bedsheets were filthy, and rough, it was too old, they gave is a small throw as cover for 2 person, we asked for another but they didn’t gave as, the floors were really filthy and dirty, they never clean it, the room was too small where you cannot move with that small bed being around, the wardrobe was tiny one, the towels are dirty, they don’t have toiletries, the stuffs are rude, the washroom gets out of toilet paper, and they don’t replace it."

"Stayed here for a couple of weeks on work commitments. It's in a run down area 3 minutes drive from elephant and castle area. The service was poor due to the management. Bar staff were accommodating but always seemed moody. Dated look inside and out. Rooms were clean and tidy and fine for the price for using as a base for work purposes or getting to the city itself."
