"WOW its not your typical Eastend Hotel. The service was second to none. The staff were all very well dressed, friendly, courteous and very professional. We stayed in the executive suite which was just amazing, kitchenette was as big as a normal kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine then into the lounge/bedroom boasting really clean and extremely comfortable seating and bed loved the integrated wardrobe then lastly the best ensuite I have ever seen in London so guys and gals this is my must stay Eastend resort."

"This hotel is very nice. It is clean as can be and very chic. The manager, Eder Cortes, sought to make me happy at every moment I needed something. He personally took care of reservations for cabs, manicures, restaurants and necessities that I had forgotten to pack. And I saw him do the same for others. He zips around that hotel personally taking care of everything at any moment, day or night! The personal touch is so helpful when you are far from home and at times feeling anxious. I will be staying there again in 6 months and each time I go to the UK. And believe me, I am picky! The rooms were comfortable, cleaned well and appointed well too. Room service was outstanding!"

"Our friends were having their wedding reception at the Town Hall & Apartments Hotel, so decided to actually stay there for a few days – we experienced very friendly and caring staff, the interior is elegant, the rooms spacious and the atmosphere very family-like. "This is my second stay and I like it here more and more. The rooms are massive. Ceiling heights must be over 3m. Bathrooms are well thought out , lots of quality stone and glass. Fully loaded kitchen with coffee machine. The thing that’s growing on me is the way that the interior design is an accent to the beautiful renovation. Definitely feels like an architects influence in the lighting, bathrooms and material choices. TIP FOR PARKING From Friday 5.30 until Mon 8.30 you can park for free on the street outside."

"We stayed for 10 days. In my experience, this apart hotel has the best of the hotel and AirBB experiences (gym, swimming pool, bar and staff, but also your own living room, kitchen, w/d). The place is fantastic. The building, the way it’s been refurbished…just fantastic. And the service is very good without being stuffy, probably thanks to Eder Cortes, the manager, who is the nicest and most helpful person."
