"Had a group of 25 people (give or take) for a couple of nights. We had a lot of little changes (extra nights, different night, canceled and added guests, etc.) The staff were excellent in accommodating us through the many changes, and very prompt in responding. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was lovely in tending to our needs. The rooms were very clean and the location is great. Prices were very reasonable. We will definitely book another group here again. Thank you!"

"Quick easy check-in. Convenient location with bus route just in front. Unfortunately, a lot of rooms are right next to the macdonalds drive-through, which is open all night, and you can hear the beeping from the crosswalk. Otherwise, a nice comfortable stay."
"Place was clean and staff were friendly. Toilet is clean and have hot shower. There is also a McDonalds nearby and some shops. Place is near US embassy which is one bus ride away. Place does seem like it is near the ghetto part of London but is relatively safe. Just be mindful and vigilant. Overall, I will definitely recommend this place."
"Simple. This place has a great location, and the staff was terrific. The bed is like three twins put together vice a king mattress which is the norm in a lot of places like this. 1brd $200 bucks for 3 nights during record inflation was a deal in my eyes."
