"The rooms were very basic, but for an overnight stay in Hammersmith it was perfect The staff on reception were welcoming and friendly on arrival, our room was spotless and very clean. Beds were comfortable and considering it was freezing outside the room was a decent temperature"

"Great budget hotel. Super close to a bunch of places and just off the main road so it's quieter than other places. Hotel itself can be noisy with the fire hotels but otherwise no issues. Communal bathrooms were clean, though clearly have been there for many years and could do with a touch up. Separate cubicles in men's and women's showers + neutral cubicle toliet stalls. All cleaned every morning and soap/body wash/shampoo is provided Several kitchenettes to each area, all equipped with basic stuff, though if you want to use the oven you'll have to bring stuff yourself. Staff were great and no issues Simple cheap hotel"

"It`s ok for a short trip. Very close to the tube. I had 4 beds room, only with my friends, so it was convenient. The mattress was soft, comfortable, I slept well. The room cleanliness is good. The cleanliness of the bathrooms is bad, that's a disadvantage + wi-fi fee."

"The only positives I can give is my sheets (appeared) to be clean and I got a private room and it was quiet. That said, the place was disgusting. The sink drain was open and smelt like raw sewage. Bugs, accumulated dust, the floor hadn’t been mopped, etc."

"Stayed here 2 weeks while searching for apartment. Location is good, generally very clean and rooms laundered every 2nd day. Will need airplugs at night though and the kitchen has no utensils for oven or stove top so ate mostly food with tinfoil containers. For a London hostel, definitely one of the best I've stayed in for the price"
