"All in all, it was a great experience in the Hotel Earl's Court. The Rooms were as expected. The people working there were very nice, especially George at the reception, he is a very genuine and great person who is a thousand times nicer than he has to be. Thank you George"

"Small room very old mankey vintage Shower has no pressure its like a drip of water ever minute cant even get a warm shower will never stay there again disgusting. No facilities or anything in the hotel like it says Wifi does not even work Tv does not work. The bedside lamps dont work dont book this hotel. The bathrooms that small if u sit on the toilet its like your touching the shower glass no space what so ever. Carpets smell. Bedding was not exactly fully clean either. The reception manager said well you got a bed and room for the night what more do you want.. what an attitude to have. No wonder it has no refund policy. The breakfast was cancelled as said ran out of supplies thats at 8am The only positive was the earls court underground station is minutes away walking. Im suprised how this hotel is functioning has multipul health hazards. AVOID BOOKING IT. ONLY BOOK IF YOU WANT YOUR STAY TO BE UNPLEASENT AND RUINED"

"I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Never been to such an awful hotel. Filthy, nothing like the pictures, burn holes in curtains, leak marks on walls. Not fit for human habitation! Save your money and stay well away. Also told I couldn’t have a refund despite paying the cancellation fee. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had by some distance."

"Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience, poor breakfast, manager leave throughout the morning and leave the place with no one to sort the problems, and you need to wait til he arrives to start your day. Zero star indeed... P.S the rooms aren't the same as the pictures, they put my friend in a tiny room that wasn't possible open the luggage... And the owner replayed the pictures are just to illustrate the place... Wi-fi doesn't work as well... Horrible experience, never again I'll step on that place.. but feel free to get frustrated if you want"

"Two stars for the box room in the basement is being very generous. Arriving to a room smelling strongly of smoke, unlocked, tv on with the windows wide open and anything but clean. Sheets had stains, spare pillow was filthy. Bathroom had not been cleaned, and the glasses had toothpaste in them still. 2/6 lights worked. Walls were so thin we had the pleasure of hearing the four guys next door arguing until 0300, and practically joining in with everyone's breakfast in our room. Very interested to see what the fire plan is considering there one tiny stairs out of this place. Seems like if you don't get the basement "room" you'll be ok. Guy at the reception was nice though tbf."
